Duke Osborne III, CP (Obl), ADC, ADC, BBus (FinPlan), BCE, MRel, MSc, PhD, AFIAAH etc. is the 2nd President of Bold Christian University and Professor of Management. He was formerly a senior administrator of primary and secondary schools in Pakistan, President of an online career school in the USA and CEO of a publishing house. He earned degrees at universities in the United States, Australia and Switzerland: a PhD in financial ethics, a bachelor’s in financial planning, a BCE from BCU (studying under Dr. Otto), a master’s in religion and a master of science in business. Duke Osborne III earned post-graduate certificates from many universities including Harvard and Stanford. He is married and has three young children.
Ludwig Otto, BA, LLB, MA, MLA, MDiv, DMin, DCE, PhD, PhD, was a pastor, publisher, entrepreneur, and Founder and 1st President of Bold Christian University, USA. An honorably discharged US Army Officer and candidate for US Congress from Texas District 6, he served on the Steering Committee for US Presidential Candidate Texas Senator Phil Gramm and Texas Lt. Gov. Bob Bullock. As an undefeated professional boxer (10 wins) and Ring Magazine ‘Outstanding Prospect’, he transitioned to academia as a Professor of English at Tarrant County College (20 years) and taught at 11 colleges and universities in Texas. Dr. Otto served as President of Bold Christian University from 1983 until his death in 2023. He had also been President of the University of Computer Science and United States Christian University; Publisher and CEO of London Press, Franklin Publishing Company, and United States Publishing Company; President and CEO of Ludwig Otto Insurance Agencies, and a computer industry pioneer with NCR, Honeywell, Texaco, Western Electric, and the US Army. His numerous awards include the 2011 Global Peace Award from Novena University, Nigeria; 2010 President’s Call to Service Award; 2014 and 2015 Master Presenter Awards from University of Texas at Austin; 2014 Medal for Teaching Excellence from University of Texas at Austin; and 1994 Professor of the Year Award from Paul Quinn College. He held degrees from Blackstone School of Law, City University of New York, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Southern Methodist University, and the University of Dallas, with certificates from the US Army, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia University, and University of Texas. He was ordained to the Ministry at First Baptist Church, Houston, wrote many Christian books and served as Senior Pastor at five churches in North Texas.
